We work mainly with businesses, agencies and brands, but we also assist individuals for unique projects. There is no minimum order quantity.

What file format should I use for my logo?

For embroidery, we prefer vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). For printing, high-resolution files (300 dpi minimum) in PNG or TIFF are ideal.

What are your production lead times?

Standard lead times range from 5 to 10 business days after prototype approval. An express option within 48h is available depending on availability and project complexity.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, marq Studio delivers worldwide. International shipping costs and lead times are included in your quote.

How do you guarantee quality?

Every order is preceded by a prototype submitted for your approval. Production is carried out on professional machines with quality control at every stage.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes, prices decrease from 10 pieces, then again from 50, 200 and 1,000 pieces. Every quote is personalised based on volume, support, technique and visual complexity. For recurring orders, partner pricing conditions can be negotiated.

Both options are available. We can source and supply the items (polos, jackets, aprons, tote bags, etc.) according to your brand and budget criteria. You can also send us your own items if you have already selected a specific reference - we adapt to your needs.

Standard lead time: 5 to 10 business days after prototype approval. For urgent orders, an express option within 48h is available depending on complexity and current workload - state it in your request and we will confirm feasibility within 2h.

Before any production, a physical prototype is made and photographed from multiple angles for your approval. You approve (or request adjustments) by email. Production only starts after your written confirmation - zero risk of any nasty surprises.

Yes, delivery anywhere in France (next day express) and worldwide. Shipping costs and lead times are included in your quote, no surprises. For Paris-based clients, direct pick-up at the studio is also possible.

Yes. We regularly work white-label for communication agencies, creative studios and art directors. Direct delivery to the end client, neutral packaging, invoicing in your name - discretion is part of the service. Contact us for partner access.
